Competition Format

  • Virtual Round: All teams will compete in an initial case round online, with submissions due by February 19. Judges will evaluate solutions and select five finalist teams.

  • Final Round: The top five teams will travel to Vancouver to present their refined strategies in front of a panel of judges, with winners announced on March 28.

The Canadian Case Series (CCS) 2025 is a platform for business students across Canada to tackle real-world business challenges. This year’s event will take place on March 27-28 in Vancouver, BC, bringing together the brightest minds from Canada’s leading business schools to develop innovative solutions for Canadian businesses.

The 2025 theme focuses on productivity, a pressing issue for Canada’s economic future. With Canada’s productivity levels ranking second-to-last in the G7, the need for actionable, innovative solutions has never been greater. CCS 2025 challenges participants to rethink how Canadian businesses can boost efficiency, drive growth, and strengthen their competitiveness in the global market. Through this theme, participants will address challenges that directly impact entrepreneurs, industries, and regional economies across the country.
